Lol...Homie's rocking the highlights and has a 'cool' flip phone.

I can't believe I drew this NINE years ago...It was one of the few pics I used a comic book marker to trace the pencil lines and then color it on Photoshop.

Nine years it is a lot, But this picture is still looks wonderful =)
I always felt like traditional art it's not mine. Few weeks ago I threw away my old collection of crayons, markers, etc. Only gouache stayed, I dont even know why :XD:

For me traditional art, till last year was my ONLY option. I had a cheap wacom tablet but I couldn't get the hang of using it after drawing on paper for so long. I finally got a new 20" graphics tablet monitor that didn't cost me my life savings, so I should start to improve on my coloring...I hope. :P

The old wacom tablet did, if that's what you mean, and the monitor does, too. There's just a bit of a learning curve since drawing on glass still feels kind of weird. :frustrated:

I wonder how this device looks. And is this monitor better than regular graphic tablet? I have a Genius one [link] The best thing after my SAI.

The brand is a Yiynova 19" drawing monitor and it looks like this: [link]

Cintq monitors were the only game in town and granted, they're great, but most people drawing for a hobby can't afford $2,500 for one. The Yiynova slightly smaller than a Cintq by 5 inches, but for $2,000 less, I can live with that.

BTW, I have no idea how "Yiynova" is pronounced. :P
